Madame Blue will make every effort to deliver the order within an average of 72 hours and a maximum of 30 working days from the day following the confirmation of the order by the Purchaser. During private sale, sale or outlet sale periods: this delivery time may be extended.
In case of delay, the responsibility Madame Blue could not be committed and for any reason whatsoever. Therefore, no claim of any nature whatsoever, can be claimed by Madame Blue.
Customers are responsible for providing accurate and complete shipping information. We are not liable for orders delivered to incorrect addresses provided by the customer.
Worldwide Shipping
Products ordered on the site can be delivered worldwide or be picked up locally in the store. Customs processing may cause additional delays.
Shipping Fees
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and depend on factors such as destination, weight, and dimensions. The available methods and carriers will be displayed at checkout based on your location.
Tracking and Delivery
Once we have dispatched your order we will send you your tracking number via email. You can check the delivery status of your parcel by using the provided tracking code on the PostNL or USPS website.
Orders containing ceramic items will also be shipped with insurance ensuring a safe and fast transit.
Risk of loss and title for products pass to you upon delivery to the carrier or upon delivery to your specified address, depending on applicable law. If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of delivery (or expected delivery date). We may require supporting evidence (such as photos) to process claims.
