These Conditions of Sale apply to all orders placed by customers on the website Madame Blue. By placing an order, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms.
Madame Blue offers products and/or services as described on the website. Product descriptions, images, and specifications are provided for informational purposes only and may be subject to minor variations. Madame Blue reserves the right to modify or discontinue products at any time without prior notice.
The products ordered by the customer are delivered to the address indicated by the customer on the definitive confirmation page for his order. The customer can have the products delivered to an address other than his own. Delivery will not be guaranteed in the case of force majeure or industrial action by the transportation and/or postal services.
Prices
All prices of the products are indicated according to our location and the currency we use (in this case Euro’s). All taxes are included, excluding shipping or customs costs. The products will be invoiced on the basis of the prices in force at the time of order registration.
Madame Blue reserves the right to modify its prices at any time without notice or formality. These modifications will, however, have no impact on orders accepted by Madame Blue before the entry into force of these modifications, subject to the availability of the products ordered.
Any order placed on the website shall be paid immediately after validation of your order.
Availability
The articles are delivered subject to available stocks. Should the product ordered be unavailable, Madame Blue will honor the order for the other products. The Customer will only be invoiced for the products actually dispatched.
Payment
We accept a variety of payment methods such as bank card, credit card, Paypal account, Gift Card, and iDeal. You can use the he checkout page to see additional payment methods.
Accepted bank cards or credit cards are: CB®, MasterCard®, Visa®, Amex®.
If you pay by credit card which is perfectly secure: in this case, payment is made on the website of our partner Mollie Payments. This implies that no banking information concerning you passes through the Site. Your credit card details are encrypted using the [HTTPS and TLS] protocols and are never transmitted unencrypted over the network. Payment is made directly to the bank. We have no access to your bank details and do not keep them on the server, which is why you are asked for them each time you make a new transaction on the Site. We take advantage of this clause to inform you that our Site will never send you any communication, by email or other means of communication, to request communication of your bank details.
Your order will only be shipped after verification of your payment method and receipt of debit authorization from your card. The Client guarantees that he has the necessary authorizations to use the payment method chosen at the time of validation of the order. If the bank refuses, the order will be automatically canceled.
Returns
Madame Blue is happy to offer a full refund or an exchange on all website orders within 14 days of receipt. We will only accept items returned in their original (as good as new) sale condition with all tags attached. All exchanges will be charged at full postal rate, please ensure all returns are sent with a valid tracking number as we are not responsible for orders lost without tracking information.
Procedure
To return an item please email info@madameblue.nl to request a returns form stating your intention. We will reply back within 72 hours with a returns form attached. Once you have received the form please complete and return along with the item to:

Items should be sent by using only our transportations label and must be securely packaged. We will not accept responsibility for loss or damage to items being returned.
Your rights to return the goods are protected under E.U. Distance Selling Directive. Once we have received the goods and we are happy with their condition we will refund your credit/ debit card excluding any shipping costs within 30 days.
It is up to the user to keep any proof of this return and its date. Return shipping charges are the customer’s responsibility. If it is an exchange, new shipping can be charged to the customer.
You can also return the product in one of our stores in Amsterdam or Delft.
